CLIENT MUST NOTIFY NO LESS THAN 48 HOURS PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT IN ORDER TO AVOID A CANCELLATION FEE. IF AN APPOINTMENT IS CANCELLED LESS THAN 48 HOURS BEFORE THE SCHEDULED TIME, I WILL HAVE TO CHARGE A 50% CANCELLATION FEE. 50% OF THE SERVICE WILL BE CHARGED & THAT IS INCLUDING THE DEPOSIT PAID TOWARD THE APPOINTMENT AT TIME OF SCHEDULING. AND IS NON REFUNDABLE! THIS POLICY INCLUDES IF YOU NO-SHOW OR LATE. Tardiness: If you are more than 20 minutes late, you will be forced forfeit your appointment and pay the cancellation fee. Refunds: Emerald Studio does not offer refunds because the time and/or products have already been used. Your satisfaction is important! That’s why a thorough consultation takes place before each service to talk goals and expectations. If you have any concerns with your hair or lashes please contact me within 2 days of your appointment, and your stylist will correct the service that was discussed previously at no cost. If your issue before or after 2 days involves a personal preference or other services that were not addressed in the consultation, it will be charged separately and accordingly. There is no refunds for permanent jewelry, since it is a customizable service. If you do have a chain that breaks within 14 days from your service date (and you still have the chain) I would gladly reweld your jewelry with no additional cost.
